First of all, I want to express my gratitude to you and your staff for a job well done with the installation of my 7.36 KWDC grid-tied system.
Craig Summers, your salesman, was professional and very thorough. Craig convinced me that this "photovoltaics" system is the way of the future. He also advised me, that since I had the room on my roof, that I should take advantage and have a system which produces 20% more than my annual usage. Well, not only with all the rebates that will ease my wallet, but to see the amount of kwhrs a day that my system produces, makes me smile every time I look at my equipment readings. I almost forgot, it also tells me how many pounds of CO2 emissions that could have escaped into the atmosphere if produced by TEP. I would have never thought that it would be that much. It makes me feel good that I'm doing my part to use green energy!
Your construction foreman, blew me away, when his scaffolding wheels had duct tape wrapped around them to prevent markings on my deck. We do that with our wheel barrows, too! You don't see that many contractors in town doing that.
I'm a third generation Tucsonan. Since 1983, I've been a custom pool builder -- Pioneer Pools. I've seen so many Phoenix companies come down to Tucson to do work or start new companies. Well the next thing you know, they are out of business or have gone back to Phoenix - and not coming back! Who is going to warranty your system or service you now? Another reason why I decided to go with you guys -- you're local.
I also appreciate the binder that you gave me which has everything in there from our contract, permits, equipment guides and tallied federal / state tax information.

Thank you and your staff for a great job on the PV system on my art studio. I am very pleased with the outcome including the appearance of the panels, the coordination of them with the lines of the building, and the performance of the system.
The inverter is located in the studio space and through it's low hum I can literally hear the the sunrise. It is really gratifying to feel connected to nature in this way.

Going solar is a no-brainer, however finding the right company is a challenge. As anticipated, we are very pleased with our solar system, it has to date exceeded our expectations and the original design projections. I am still very pleased with my solar array: with the price I paid, with its performance that fully handles my huge electricity usage that was nearly $400/month before the array, with its revenue stream for excess power I sell Trico (about $1000/yr), with its maintenance freedom for years, with its revenue stream for Trico incentives (about $800 per year), and with its huge tax credit. It even powers my two plug-in electric vehicles. It is a great investment! Not to mention a socially responsible sustainable choice.
And everything I read in current studies as to its value and consumer demand for it now and in the future leads me to believe it will continue to be a great investment. I have no doubt that if I were to sell my house today I would get the premiums for solar equipped homes that have been documented over and over again by highly reputable sources.
